When rare skills and specialist knowledge are melded with a passion for the craft of rum, the result is as you’d expect, quite special. Our expert distillers use carefully selected molasses from local Queensland plantations and fresh rainwater in every batch. Through our Copper Pot still, an incredibly smooth rum is created, layered with tropical floral notes, vanilla, coconut and subtle spices.
